AST Native Connections Grant invites YOU to show your gratitude to our hardworking AST Health System employees by sending a “Thank You Letter” and/or “Thank You Coloring Sheet!” Below you can find “Ne-Yi-Wa” templates, however you are welcome to submit your own work as well. Submissions can be sent via email to agonzalez@astribe.com, via mail to Attn: Native Connections Grant 15951 Little Axe Drive Norman, OK 73026 , or drop them off at the Behavioral Health Department during your next visit. All letters and artwork will be shared with AST Health System employees, and you can receive a FREE giveaway item simply for participating!
