Username is FirstnameMiddlenameLastname. Leave out any spaces and capitalize as shown (first letter of each name). Password is your CDIB number.
For example:
- If your name is John Richard Dewayne Tiger, type JohnRichardDewayneTiger as the username
- If your CDIB number is 0007, type 0007 as the password.
