Notice from the Enrollment Department
The Enrollment Department is attempting to contact members who are eligible for the 05/06 Per Capita Payment.
Letters have been mailed to eligible members, but we have many that are outstanding.
Please contact our office at Enrollment@astribe.com or 405.481.8650 with questions regarding eligibility.
Note-This is a one-time disbursement available to eligible members when they turned 18. Members must have been enrolled prior to 12/05/2005 to qualify. Please do not reapply if you have already receive these funds.
The Enrollment Office will be closed for training on Thursday October 27 from 10 am - 3 pm.
During this time, they will not be able to respond to phone calls, emails or take walk-ins.

Purpose: The purpose of this public hearing is to allow public comments relating to the draft AST 102-477 plan. The final Plan will be submitted to the P.L. 102-477 for the approval of the plan to be used for the plan period 1/1/2023-12/31/2025. The public is encouraged to attend this meeting to give feedback on the draft plan and this input will be considered when completing the final AST 102-477 Plan. Items of interest to be discussed will include the following:

AST tribal members K-8th grade, ages 5-12 years
Live in Oklahoma, Cleveland & McClain counties
Children attending school districts in these counties that are not serviced by AST JOM are eligible
AST tribal members who utilize CCDF Child Care Assistance are automatically eligible. Non-CCDF children must complete an application, provide copy of CDIB card & school enrollment verification.
