The primary purpose of this position is to distribute food items to tribal members and ensure items are boxed appropriately and distribute them to recipients. 

• Bag food items and distribute groceries to clients as needed.
• Make sure that all food items are sorted, stocked and stored in an appropriate manner.
• Clean up, restock and organize food pantry.
• Loading and unloading food deliveries.
• Monitor food product ‘used by dates’, ‘best before dates’ and discarding expired items.
• Is able to work in a team environment as well as independently to organize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be dependable, punctual and display a friendly attitude, willingness to follow instructions and knowledge and observance of safe food handling procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Have the ability to endure isolation and limited social contact; 
• Have good physical strength and stamina; 
• Be independent, responsible and self-disciplined; 
• Ability to lift 50lbs. 
• Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.
