The Homeowner Assistance Fund Plan Survey 2021

The Homeowner Assistance Fund Plan Survey 2021 is now available!

The Absentee Shawnee Tribe received a percentage of the Homeowner Assistance Fund, however before the Tribe can be fully funded, a plan has to be developed and submitted to the U.S. Treasury Department. Please provide your top 3 areas where you feel is the most important to you in regards to homeowner hardship(s) associated with the Coronavirus pandemic.

*The expenditure of these funds will be based on income guidelines per 24 C.F.R. 5.609 (or adjusted gross income IRS Form 1040)

This survey is for Tribal members only and can be found under the Tribal member login section on the AST website.
